I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

  1. Sunshine and a warm breeze – I can only dream.

    • It’s a really big breeze and they say will turn into ‘damaging winds’ by this evening. But it sure is cool (not literally) to have the windows open and hear the wind in the trees and the little waves on the shore and still feel warm. I turned the furnace off yesterday. No need for heat OR air at the moment. Just open windows. Heaven.

  2. I SEE the wind even though it is invisible. Katie certainly seemed to enjoy every breath of it..so many smells are delivered to her.

  3. Love this! It was a bit windy here overnight but very cool and cloudy. Your description of it being warm enough to have the windows open and listening to the wind and waves sounds heavenly.

  4. Sunny and windy, wish we had some of that weather. That would really eat away at the snow.
